I have worked in the legal sector for over 30 years, the first 20 of which were as a fee earner in dispute resolution before moving into Learning & Development as a Technical Legal Trainer creating courses from Learning Needs Analysis all the way through the Delivery stage to Evaluation. Whilst in this role, I taught myself how to use Articulate Studio and Storyline 360 a few years later.
Over the years, I have used my expertise as a trainer and stakeholder manager to build engaging eLearning courses to complement and support my face to face training sessions, as well as also building completely stand alone modules.
I won an award as part of a team for my work on an interactive online development framework, as well as more recently being nominated for an award for a scenario-based eLearning module I created on Information Security Awareness.
Now, using my unique background in Law I work as a freelance eLearning designer and developer creating engaging eLearning for the legal sector to include, scenario based eLearning, Systems training, Interactive and Micro-learning and online Onboarding.
